June Monthly Progress Report

We've been busy behind the scenes here at Tim's Club, and we have some exciting updates from June to share with you!
Building our board
This month, we experienced a major win for Tim’s Club. The owners of a beautiful boutique hotel here in Panama (Catalina’s Hideaway), and my good friends, Anthea and Ryan, have decided to join the board of Tim’s Club. They have valuable expertise in finance, building in Panama and working with children with special needs. We’re thrilled to have them as board members.
In addition to Anthea and Ryan, we're also incredibly fortunate to have Keriann and Natalie joining our team. Keriann is a talented Project Management and IT specialist who works in the healthcare sector in Toronto. Natalie is a gifted teacher and an Inclusion Specialist who works in Berlin. Their experience in these respective areas will be extremely helpful as we move forward.
Connecting with our community
In June, Ryan and Anthea hosted an incredible weekend at Catalina's Hideaway for families with a loved one with autism. I volunteered during the weekend, and it was such a valuable experience. The families shared feedback about what programs would be most impactful to have at Tim's Club, and we plan to integrate their suggestions as we continue to develop our operational plan.
During the weekend, I also connected with an amazing woman named Andrea, who works in the non-profit sector here in Panama. She's agreed to collaborate with us, and we're very grateful to have her insight and advice.
I've been overwhelmed by how supportive everyone has been so far. Here on the ground in Panama, there are so many people excited about our vision for Tim's Club and who want to get involved.
Growing Support
We hosted our first official fundraising event in June, and it was a wonderful success. Over 80 people joined us for our Vision Board workshop, and we're excited to engage even more people as we keep hosting these monthly events.
We also have 37 virtual members supporting us with a donation every month, and we're going to keep growing this community in July.
Overall, we've raised $3000 for Tim’s Club so far. And this is just the beginning! Our next milestone we're excited to work towards will be our first $10,000 raised 🎉
Our next workshop
Our June workshop was held on Monday, July 3rd and our topic was 6 Steps to Turn Your Vision into Reality ✨
In this 90 minute workshop, I taught a simple, easy-to-follow system that helps you create an action plan, make consistent progress toward your goal, and bring whatever you're dreaming of to life.
